Security Guard

• Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) studies are recommended.
• Minimum of one year of experience in this position.
• Interpersonal skills are fundamental. In addition to knowing how to listen patiently and without becoming agitated, you must be polite when communicating and show empathy in complicated situations.
• Availability to work shifts from 22:00 to 06:00.
• Intermediate level of English is essential to assist guests.
• User-level computer skills.

We are looking to hire a security guard for our hotel located in the Cala'n Bosch Ciutadella area, Menorca.

• Ensure the security of the facilities and the guests.
• Perform periodic supervision rounds (hallways, parking, lobby, restaurant, etc.).
• Monitor security camera screens.
• Politely accompany guests during the early morning hours when necessary, as a courtesy.
• Intervene in case of altercations or risk situations, guaranteeing a safe environment.
• Immediately report any unusual or potentially dangerous incident to the concierge.
• Maintain a time log of tasks and prepare incident reports.
• Collaborate in evacuations in case of emergency.
• Handle telephone calls from guests.
• Perform administrative tasks associated with the position.
