• Interpersonal communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to resolve incidents and unforeseen events.
• User of Microsoft Office and email.
• Schedules/Shifts: rotating morning, afternoon, or split shifts. 2 days off.

• Replenishment of products in the shop (both on shelves and cold products)
• Control of product expiration dates.
• Customer service during their stay in the shop.
• Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the shop.
• Following established product placement standards according to associated regulations.
