Maintenance Technician

• At least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel/service sector of similar size and complexity.
• Vocational training (electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, and related fields).
• Excellent command of the local language is required, and knowledge of English is highly valued.
• Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical and electronic systems.
• Practical knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Organized and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to detect and resolve problems effectively.

As a Maintenance Officer, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in their daily activities.
You will also be responsible for the proper functioning, maintenance, and inspection of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Assist the maintenance manager in daily work and supervise preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• Carry out all corrective maintenance activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Help in implementing safety measures and monitor the availability of necessary permits.
• Organize with the manager investment proposals, replacements, and contracts with suppliers.
• Support the maintenance manager in organizing tasks and maintenance activities for external providers at the hotel, and coordinate these activities with all departments involved.
• Collaborate in monitoring and controlling energy consumption and maintenance costs, for example, water and electricity.
• Help set up meeting rooms (audiovisual equipment, lighting, etc.).
• Resolve guest incidents and issues promptly and appropriately.
