Financial Reporting Analyst

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting or data analysis.
• Experience in processing and analyzing financial data (reconciliations, validations, variance analysis, quality controls).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous process improvement.

• Knowledge of IFRS17 (a plus) and familiarity with US GAAP.

We are looking to bring on a Financial Reporting Analyst to join the team responsible for reporting under IFRS17 and US GAAP, covering entities in Spain and Portugal.

Reporting to the Finance department, your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Participating in the financial reporting process under IFRS17 and US GAAP.
• Analyzing large volumes of financial data, ensuring their quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Validating, reconciling, and controlling data from various systems (ERP, IFRS17 tools, etc.).
• Identifying variances and analyzing financial results, understanding the business drivers.
• Collaborating with finance, actuarial, and IT teams to improve reporting processes and tools.
