About the position

We are looking to bring on board a Financial Reporting Analyst, within the team responsible for reporting under IFRS17 and US GAAP standards, with an impact on the entities in Spain and Portugal.

Reporting to the Finance area, your duties will include, among others:

• Participation in the financial reporting process under IFRS17 and US GAAP.
• Analysis of large volumes of financial data, ensuring its quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Validation, reconciliation, and control of data from different systems (ERP, IFRS17 tools, etc.).
• Identification of deviations and analysis of financial results, understanding the business drivers.
• Collaboration with financial, actuarial, and IT teams in improving reporting processes and tools.

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting or data analysis.
• Knowledge of IFRS17 (valuable) and familiarity with US GAAP.
• Experience in handling and analyzing financial data (reconciliations, validations, variances, quality controls).
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous process improvement.

Sobre la posición

Buscamos incorporar un/a Analista de Reporting Financiero, dentro del equipo responsable del reporting bajo normativa IFRS17 y US GAAP, con impacto en las entidades de España y Portugal.

En dependencia del área de Finance, sus funciones incluirán, entre otras:

• Participación en el proceso de reporting financiero bajo IFRS17 y US GAAP.
• Análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos financieros, garantizando su calidad, consistencia e integridad.
• Validación, conciliación y control de datos procedentes de distintos sistemas (ERP, herramientas IFRS17, etc.).
• Identificación de desviaciones y análisis de resultados financieros, entendiendo los drivers del negocio.
• Colaboración con equipos financieros, actuariales e IT en la mejora de procesos y herramientas de reporting.

• Grado en Economía, ADE o similar.
