• Comfort working in an international and culturally diverse environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools or workflow systems is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is desirable.

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional to join our Multinational service center team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, work with colleagues across the Zurich network and help deliver a reliable service to multinational customers worldwide.

You will support stakeholders across Zurich and around the world, contributing to accurate policy delivery and high-quality multinational servicing. This is a global role based in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness in order to issue multinational policy across our network of 200+ territories.
• Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally. Ensure timely and accurate communication with all internal stakeholders regarding policy matters.
• Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs in various lines of business.
• Maintain multinational data in core global systems, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
• Maintain internal guidelines updated to reflect process and policy changes, ensuring operations align with the latest standards and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives by sharing observations, testing changes and suggesting practical improvements.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues from different functions, countries and cultures, providing a professional and customer-focused service.
