What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, a desire to learn and who has the following skills and experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or similar fields.
Proficiency in the Office 365 package, mainly Excel and Word.

Nice to have

Technical knowledge of Life Savings and Pension products, as well as the insurance sector in general, is valued.

The role

At Sabadell Zurich, you will be part of the Legal and Tax Support team for Operations and Life Claims, with the aim of providing support in the management of the 2026 Tax Campaign as well as the review and analysis of complaints related to Life Savings and Pension products received through the Customer Service Channel (SAC).

Your contribution will be key to managing the tasks derived from the 2026 Tax Campaign as well as the review and analysis of complaints related to Life Savings and Pension products received through the SAC or the Participant Ombudsman, working in a collaborative and business-oriented environment.

What you'll do

To do so, your main responsibilities will be:

Handle/Manage customer complaints for all Life Savings and Pension products.
Provide support in the actions derived from the 2026 tax campaign:
- review of tax models.
- management and resolution of incidents.
- review of tax certificates, etc.
Collaborate closely with the Operations and Life Claims teams, as well as with Tax, Legal, and the Customer Defense Service.
