And you might be wondering: Leyre, what will my day-to-day look like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you asked (I asked myself the same thing back then):

• You will advise the business, product, and operations areas on matters related to Life Risk, Life Savings, and Pension Plans and Funds products.
• You will resolve complex product and operational queries in the Life and Pensions field, related to underwriting, modifications, transfers, benefits, surrenders, and beneficiaries, among others.
• You will draft and review contractual documentation associated with Life and Pensions products, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and alignment with business needs.
• You will analyze, identify, and manage legal risks, proposing viable, business-oriented legal solutions.
• You will collaborate on managing litigation arising from the company's product offerings.
• You will review campaigns, commercial documentation, and advertising materials related to Life and Pensions products.
• You will participate in reviewing contracts with external providers, providing specialized legal advice.

At this point, you might be wondering: how do I know if I fit in?

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• If you are a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience providing legal advice to Life and Pensions insurance entities or in a law firm with a specialized practice in Life and Pensions insurance.
• If you have knowledge of Life Risk and Life Savings products, both individual and group, as well as Pension Plans and Funds, both individual and employment-based.
• If you are familiar with the operations associated with these products, including underwriting, modifications, transfers, benefits, surrenders, and beneficiary management.
• If you have the ability to resolve complex product and operational queries in the Life and Pensions field.
• If you have analytical skills and legal judgment, as well as a practical, business-oriented approach focused on finding solutions.
• If you enjoy working in a team and collaborating in multidisciplinary and international environments, bringing effective communication and influencing skills.
• If you are someone with intellectual curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a desire to keep learning.

• If you have an advanced level of English (C1, preferably), that will be a big plus.

• Asesorarás a las áreas de negocio, producto y operaciones en materias relacionadas con productos de Vida Riesgo, Vida Ahorro y Planes y Fondos de Pensiones.
• Resolverás consultas complejas de producto y operativa en el ámbito de Vida y Pensiones, relacionadas con contratación, modificaciones, movilizaciones, prestaciones, rescates y beneficiarios, entre otras.
• Redactarás y revisarás documentación contractual asociada a productos de Vida y Pensiones, asegurando su adecuación al marco normativo y a las necesidades del negocio.
• Analizarás, identificarás y gestionarás riesgos legales, proponiendo soluciones jurídicas viables y orientadas al negocio.
• Colaborarás en la gestión de litigios derivados de la oferta de productos de la compañía.
• Revisarás campañas, documentación comercial y piezas publicitarias relacionadas con los productos de Vida y Pensiones.
• Participarás en la revisión de contratos con proveedores externos, aportando asesoramiento jurídico especializado.

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.

• Si eres abogado/a y cuentas con al menos 5 años de experiencia en asesoría jurídica de entidades aseguradoras de Vida y Pensiones o en despacho con práctica especializada en seguros de Vida y Pensiones.
• Si tienes conocimiento de productos de Vida Riesgo y Vida Ahorro, tanto individuales como colectivos, así como de Planes y Fondos de Pensiones, tanto individuales como de empleo.
• Si conoces la operativa asociada a estos productos, incluyendo contratación, modificaciones, movilizaciones, prestaciones, rescates y gestión de beneficiarios.
• Si cuentas con capacidad para resolver consultas complejas de producto y operativa en el ámbito de Vida y Pensiones.
• Si tienes capacidad analítica y criterio jurídico, así como una visión práctica, orientada al negocio y a la búsqueda de soluciones.
• Si disfrutas trabajando en equipo y colaborando en entornos multidisciplinares e internacionales, aportando una comunicación efectiva y capacidad de influencia.
• Si eres una persona con curiosidad intelectual, actitud proactiva y ganas de seguir aprendiendo.

• Si cuentas con un nivel alto de inglés (C1, preferentemente), será un gran plus.
