What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Experience in legal advisory for Life and Pensions insurance entities or in law firms specializing in this field.
- Knowledge of Life Risk and Life Savings products, both individual and collective.
- Knowledge of individual and occupational Pension Plans and Funds.
- Experience in the operations associated with these products: contracting, modifications, transfers, benefits, surrenders, and beneficiaries.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal inquiries.
- Practical vision, business orientation, and ability to seek solutions.
- Communication, teamwork, and influence skills in multidisciplinary environments.
- Proactive, analytical profile with an interest in continuous learning.

We are looking for a person with experience in the insurance legal field, capable of adding value to the business through specialized advice, legal risk management, and the search for practical and efficient solutions.

What you'll do
Functions- Advise business, product, and operations areas on matters related to Life Risk, Life Savings, and Pension Plans and Funds products.
- Resolve complex inquiries related to contracting, modifications, transfers, benefits, surrenders, and beneficiary management.
- Draft and review contractual documentation associated with Life and Pensions products.
- Analyze, identify, and manage legal risks, proposing solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate in the management and monitoring of litigation related to the company's products.
- Review commercial campaigns, product documentation, and advertising materials from a legal perspective.
- Participate in the review and negotiation of contracts with external providers.
