Operational Control Administrative Technician

We are looking for a person with demonstrated experience in administrative, control, or document review environments, capable of working with autonomy, analytical criteria, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration with different areas of the organization.

• Education in Economic Sciences, Business Administration and Management, or Law.
• Experience in document review, operation analysis, or administrative control tasks.
• Experience in the insurance and/or banking sector.
• Advanced use of Excel and the Office 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Money Laundering regulations.
• Language level: C1 in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

At Sabadell Zurich, you will be part of the Operational Control Unit with the objective of ensuring that the operations carried out in the company are managed in accordance with current internal and regulatory standards.

Your contribution will be key to guaranteeing regulatory compliance, the correct management of operational risks, and the quality of control processes, working in a collaborative and business-oriented environment.

Additionally, you will participate in operational control and regulatory compliance initiatives related to:

• Analysis of suspicious Money Laundering operations.
• Review and control of documentation linked to enrollments, benefits, and claims.
• Preparation of reports and monitoring of incidents derived from the reviews performed.

On the other hand, you will collaborate closely with the teams of the different Sabadell Zurich companies (BSV, BSP, and BSSG) to ensure that operational processes and associated documentation comply with the regulations and policies established by the company.
