• University education related to Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Big Data, or Physics.
• Interest in developing professionally and continuing to learn in a corporate environment.

• Knowledge of statistical and programming tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, or other statistical programming languages.
• Languages: B2 English.
• Valuable experience in the data transformation, cleaning, and quality process.
• Additionally, we will highly value:
  • Experience in the insurance, banking, pharmaceutical, mass retail, online market, and other related sectors.
  • Experience in an actuarial environment (Emblem, Radar, and GLM).
  • Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView).
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
• Previous experience in internships, volunteering, or academic projects (not essential).

• It is essential to be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your University for a minimum period of 6 months (possibility of extension).

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to develop analytical solutions to gain insights from data and support strategic decisions, and to contribute to the team's day-to-day operations with value-added tasks.

• Transform and clean data to provide technical advice and insights regarding actuarial models and risk issues.
• Develop analytical dashboards to assist in monitoring business performance.
• Introduction to the development and improvement of predictive modeling tools in accordance with market best practices such as:
  • Pricing modeling.
  • Reverse engineering from market information.
  • Elasticity models for renewals and discount models.
  • Machine Learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised methods.
  • Testing and maintenance of current models and tools.
• Learn from a business perspective. Be in contact throughout the entire policy lifecycle (product, underwriting, renewal, claims, cancellation, fraud...)
• Support in the research of new approaches such as web scraping, text analysis, image processing, etc.

• Part-time employment from 9:00h to 14:00h, with some schedule flexibility
