Site Manager (Residential Building)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on projects with more than 50 housing units.
• Degree in architecture, quantity surveying, civil engineering, technical engineering in public works, or similar.
• Proficient in Excel at a user level.
• Knowledge of project management software (BIM, AUTOCAD, PRESTO...)
• Basic English.
• Knowledge of wood construction or prefabrication.

At 011h, we are looking for a Site Manager in Málaga to lead and coordinate on-site execution, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and economic efficiency. We are looking for someone capable of leading the on-site operations area, driving innovative and sustainable construction projects, and designing solutions that optimize resources and improve the customer experience.

• Plan, organize, and direct construction projects during the execution phase.
• Prevent, control, and resolve situations according to the company's methodology, execution schedule, specifications, and established budgets.
• Ensure efficient execution by coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Ensure the quality of completed work and all necessary safety requirements.
• Plan and set management timelines and construction phases, and monitor progress to ensure completion according to the established schedule.
• Implement the Lean Construction methodology in project execution management, using the company's tools for the Last Planner System and Takt time planning, and collaborate in their development.
• Coordinate all agents directly involved in on-site work, both internal and external, and collaborate with the Project Manager on all necessary management tasks until the building is completed and delivered.
• Manage and supervise the post-sales phase of construction.
• Participate in the weekly economic monitoring of the project, as well as collaborate on partial certifications and the final settlement of completed work units.
