What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Technical training in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related degrees.

- Previous experience as a Production Manager in residential and/or commercial building projects within a construction company.

- Knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and project scheduling.

- Organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.

- Results-oriented profile, with autonomy and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in technically complex projects is a plus.

The role

Production Manager for Building Construction to manage the execution of residential and/or commercial projects in Valencia. Opportunity to join a solid construction company with stable projects in the area.

National construction company with stable building projects in the Levante region.
Building projects worth more than €10 million.

What you'll do

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of building works from start to handover.

- Control the technical, financial, and schedule planning of the assigned project.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Monitor costs, certifications, and measurements.

- Support the Site Manager in technical and organizational decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention and environmental regulations.

- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues during execution.

- Report project progress and results to the Project Manager.
