Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MDG project management.
  • Experience in defining estimations, planning, and roadmaps for SAP MDG projects.
  • Experience in SAP MDG project implementation or management in at least one of the following domains: Supplier, Material, Customer, or Finance.
  • Fluent level of Spanish.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Experience interacting with clients in international corporate environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions within the SAP MDG ecosystem.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

  • Experience in multiple SAP MDG domains (Supplier, Material, Customer, and Finance).

The role

We are looking for an SAP MDG Delivery Lead with experience in the definition, management, and execution of SAP Master Data Governance projects. The selected person will participate in strategic initiatives for large clients, leading the definition of solutions, project planning, and the execution of enterprise data governance transformations.

What you'll do

  • Lead SAP MDG projects for Supplier, Material, Customer, and Finance data domains, ensuring quality, deadlines, and achievement of objectives.
  • Define functional architectures and SAP MDG implementation roadmaps aligned with the client's business requirements.
  • Participate in pre-sales processes, preparation of proposals, estimations, resource planning, and project team definition.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to design SAP-based data governance and digital transformation strategies.
  • Define the functional and technical strategy for SAP MDG implementations.
  • Manage the scope, planning, risks, and deliverables of SAP MDG projects.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consulting and development teams.
  • Maintain direct communication with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Design evolution and adoption roadmaps for SAP Master Data Governance.
  • Drive the growth of the SAP MDG practice through pre-sales actions, innovation, and opportunity generation.

How you'll work

The position is primarily based in Madrid/Barcelona, under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
