Own a master or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Have proven experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms, specially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring.

Knowledge on Data Governance and Quality frameworks.

Knowledge on reporting tools such as Micro Strategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI.

Agile working experience for more than 2-3 years

Be able to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required)

Be able to participate in the definition of data platform in strategic terms, linking current events and business strategy.

Have strong analytical skills and create models to take decisions based on data and facts.

Have strong analytical and judgement skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various methods of analysis, establishment of connections, etc.)

• You have demonstrable experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms, especially in Data Mart modeling, ETL processes, and reporting, including the design of value propositions, performance improvements, and monitoring the data quality of the platform.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of new trends in data management such as Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization, etc.
• Experience working in Agile environments for more than 2-3 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly (orally and in writing) with different stakeholders (advanced level of English is required).
• Ability to participate in the strategic definition of data platforms, connecting current reality with business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to create models that allow for decision-making based on data and facts.

You will be responsible for the definitions of ready and done, and acceptance criteria for user stories in coordination with the team

As a Data Management Expert:

• You will have end-to-end responsibility for the development of information use cases for reporting and analytics.
• You will contribute as a key member of the squad, providing extensive knowledge of data models, gathering business requirements from operational systems, and preparing information mappings for the development team members.
• In collaboration with different squads and CoEs (all together), you will define new requirements regarding the Functional Data Architecture and the Data Management Framework (WoW, Glossary, Metadata, Data Quality, Data Governance...).
• You will be responsible for the definitions of ready and done, as well as the acceptance criteria for user stories in coordination with the team.
