Delivery Lead — Justice Sector

Essential requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Service Manager, or Functional Lead in technological projects within the Justice sector.
• Participation in projects related to the Catalonia Justice ecosystem.
• Experience working with judicial platforms such as eJustícia.cat, eJCat+, or equivalent procedural management and electronic processing solutions.
• Knowledge of judicial procedures and information systems within the Justice field.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary functional and technical teams.
• High level of Catalan.
• High level of Spanish.
• Intermediate level English.
• University degree or equivalent.

Valuable requirements

• PMP Certification.
• PRINCE2 Certification.
• IT service management certifications.
• Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Certifications related to project management, digital transformation, or service governance.
• Experience in environments with multiple providers and public bodies.
• Experience in modernization and technological transformation initiatives within Public Administration.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to lead technological services within the Justice sector in Catalonia. The position will focus on the comprehensive management of maintenance and evolution services for judicial applications, acting as the main interlocutor with the responsible bodies and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the correct execution of operational and business commitments.

Duties

• Coordinate the provision of corrective, evolutionary, and adaptive maintenance services for applications within the Catalonia Justice ecosystem.
• Manage service planning, demand monitoring, prioritization of initiatives, risks, dependencies, and compliance with committed milestones.
• Lead the relationship with clients and stakeholders, preparing executive reports, service metrics, and continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams, as well as external providers involved in the various applications and integrations within the judicial field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main interlocutor with the involved bodies.
• Supervise the execution of maintenance and evolution services on procedural management and electronic processing platforms.
• Manage incidents, change requests, functional evolutions, and new business needs.
• Guarantee compliance with agreed SLAs and the operational and contractual objectives of the service.
• Identify service risks and define mitigation and escalation plans.
• Coordinate activities between functional, technical, and infrastructure teams, as well as providers.
• Present monitoring indicators, service evolution, and situational analysis to management and steering committees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives oriented towards efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote knowledge transfer and collaboration among all participating teams.

The position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.

Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
