What we're looking for
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience working with SAP IS-U.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in functional analysis, configuration, or support of SAP IS-U solutions.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, or Invoicing within SAP IS-U.
- Experience participating in SAP IS-U implementation, maintenance, or evolution projects.
- Minimum B2 English level with the ability to hold conversations in the language.
- Knowledge of project methodologies and incident management in SAP environments.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM, SAP FI-CA, or SAP BW.

The role

We are looking for an SAP IS-U professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience to participate in digital transformation projects within the Utilities sector. The selected person will work on implementation, evolution, and maintenance initiatives for SAP IS-U solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international clients.
What you'll do
- Analyze, design, and configure SAP IS-U solutions in modules related to Customer Service, Device Management, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Participate in gathering functional requirements, preparing functional documentation, and defining technical solutions together with ABAP and integration teams.
- Manage incidents, evolutionary and corrective support, as well as functional testing, UAT, and development validation.
- Collaborate on migration projects, process optimization, and transformation towards SAP S/4HANA Utilities environments.
- Configure and maintain business processes within the SAP IS-U ecosystem.
- Perform functional analysis and prepare specifications for developments and integrations.
- Coordinate activities with technical teams, business units, and international stakeholders.
- Guarantee the quality of solutions through functional testing and incident monitoring.
- Participate in functional workshops and process definition sessions with clients from the energy and utilities sector.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process standardization within the SAP platform.
How you'll work
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
