to join a strategic transformation project in the retail sector in Spain. The role focuses on using UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) as an advanced Forecasting and Advanced Scheduling engine, integrated with Workday HCM for operational execution and payroll management. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end functional configuration of the solution, ensuring optimal workforce planning and strict compliance with Spanish labor regulations. The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you can create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

• Lead the functional configuration of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), especially in the Forecasting and Advanced Scheduling modules, adapted to high-volume retail environments.
• Design and parameterize demand drivers, volume patterns, and staffing templates to optimize resource planning.
• Adjust and optimize the scheduling engine to balance business demand, employee preferences, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the correct integration and export of final schedules from UKG to Workday HCM.
• Define advanced planning and scheduling rules in UKG Pro WFM aligned with the Workers' Statute and collective bargaining agreements in the retail sector.
• Ensure proper management of mandatory rest periods, work on Sundays and holidays, and associated surcharges, through automated rules in the system.
• Ensure data integrity in the UKG-Workday integration, validating the mapping of information to Time Tracking and HCM structures.
• Act as the functional point of reference and SME for the client, providing support during the UAT phase and leading knowledge transfer sessions post go-live.
• Contribute best practices in Workforce Management and continuous improvement in complex planning environments.

para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico de transformación en el sector retail en España. El rol está orientado a utilizar UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) como motor avanzado de Forecasting y Advanced Scheduling, integrado con Workday HCM para la ejecución operativa y la gestión de nómina. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la configuración funcional end-to-end de la solución, garantizando una planificación óptima de la fuerza laboral y el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa laboral española.El puesto se desempeña en Madrid en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.

• Liderar la configuración funcional de UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), especialmente en los módulos de Forecasting y Advanced Scheduling, adaptados a entornos retail de alto volumen.
• Diseñar y parametrizar drivers de demanda, patrones de volumen y plantillas de staffing para optimizar la planificación de recursos.
• Ajustar y optimizar el motor de scheduling para equilibrar demanda de negocio, preferencias de empleados y restricciones presupuestarias.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos para asegurar la correcta integración y exportación de los horarios finales desde UKG hacia Workday HCM.
• Definir reglas avanzadas de planificación y scheduling en UKG Pro WFM alineadas con el Estatuto de los Trabajadores y convenios colectivos del sector retail.
• Garantizar la correcta gestión de descansos obligatorios, trabajo en domingos y festivos, y recargos asociados, mediante reglas automáticas en el sistema.
• Asegurar la integridad de datos en la integración UKG-Workday, validando el mapeo de información hacia Time Tracking y estructuras HCM.
• Actuar como referente funcional y SME del cliente, dando soporte durante la fase de UAT y liderando sesiones de transferencia de conocimiento post go-live.
• Aportar buenas prácticas de Workforce Management y mejora continua en entornos complejos de planificación.
