During this experience, you will work alongside Moeve professionals, participating in the economic monitoring of operations, cost analysis, and budget preparation, gaining a global view of financial management in a key business area.

What you'll do

  • You will support the preparation of monthly fixed cost monitoring reports for the Operations and HSE areas.
  • You will collaborate in analyzing cost allocations, identifying potential variances, and proposing necessary reclassifications.
  • You will participate in estimating and monitoring monthly and annual closing forecasts for Operations and HSE.
  • You will learn to monitor provisions and other economic estimates that impact the area's budget performance.
  • You will support the management of issues related to fixed costs, purchase orders, fund availability, and cost allocation elements.
  • You will collaborate in resolving user inquiries regarding costs, management tools, and allocation criteria.
  • You will participate in providing support to users for the correct identification of cost centers, accounts, and fund allocations.
  • You will support the estimation of capitalizations and the coordination of their corresponding accounting records.
  • You will collaborate in the management and coordination of subsidies, interacting with different company areas and participating in initiatives related to the aviation business.
