Procurement Executive

· University degree in administration and/or Finance.

· Previous experience at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in companies in the technology sector.

· Fluent written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).

· Organised, dynamic and proactive person

· Analytical and detail oriented

· Capacity for planning, problem solving and team work.

· University or professional training related to Administration, finance or purchasing

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (logistics and/or foreign trade), preferably in companies in the technology sector

· Fluent written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)

Manage the company's international purchasing and supply chain policy for the acquisition of audiovisual equipment

What will your day-to-day life as a Procurement executive be like?

· Negotiation with national and international suppliers, adding purchase volumes and obtaining the best possible conditions

· Analysis and improvement of the profitability of products and of the different purchase categories

· Monitoring the purchasing process based on indicators

· Stock and warehouse management

To coordinate all tasks relating to the design, execution, and coordination of strategic projects in space digitalization within the international logistics area.
