We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator for an exciting Data Center project in Badajoz. This large-scale project requires a professional who can join urgently and who brings solid knowledge in the coordination of BIM professionals from different specialties. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise and ensure alignment between the BIM model and the execution on-site, responding to the demands of a dynamic and complex environment.
Coordinate and supervise BIM specialists from the various work packages, guaranteeing correct alignment between the model and the execution on-site.
Edit and update models in Revit as necessary.
Collaborate actively in the definition and implementation of the project's BIM strategy together with the team's BIM Manager.
Manage large volumes of information and coordinate numerous participants, ensuring that quality and efficiency standards are maintained.
Attend periodic meetings on-site, providing reports on progress and discrepancies found.
A certain presence at the construction site located in Badajoz is required, so it is valued if the person lives in the area or is willing to travel to the site weekly.
