Job description

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your area and promote excellent service for our guests.
• Recognize customer needs and comfort during all service periods and focus on customer relations and satisfaction: be attentive and professional at all times.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and appetizers.
• Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Ensure you fully understand and know all products offered.
• Carry out the "Mise en Place," checking the cutlery, preparing the table linens, and overseeing the order and cleanliness of the point of sale (restaurant or buffet) to which you are assigned.
• Know the food and beverage menus perfectly.
• Report any necessary repairs to your supervisor.
• Ensure that all customer tickets are correctly accounted for at the end of each service period in the system, along with the cash register and tasks related to this duty.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in hotels of a similar category or fine dining restaurants.
• Training in Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English; a third language will be valued.
• Genuine passion for service and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills, agility, and tolerance for fast-paced environments.
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.

• Garantizar el funcionamiento fluido y eficiente de su área y promover un servicio de excelencia para nuestros huéspedes.
• Reconocer las necesidades y la comodidad del cliente durante todos los periodos de servicio y centrarse en la relación y la satisfacción del cliente: ser atento y profesional en todo momento.
• Interactuar con los clientes, tomar comandas y servir bebidas y aperitivos.
• Evaluar las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes y hacer recomendaciones.
• Asegurarse de que comprende y conoce a fondo todos los productos ofrecidos.
• Realizar la "Mise en Place", repasando la cubertería, preparando la mantelería y supervisando el orden y estado de limpieza del punto de venta (restaurante o buffet) al que esté asignado/a.
• Conocer a la perfección las cartas de platos y bebidas.
• Informar de cualquier reparación necesaria a su responsable.
• Asegurarse de que todos los tickets de los clientes se contabilicen correctamente al final de cada período de servicio en el sistema, junto con la caja y las tareas relacionadas con esta tarea.

• Formación en Hostelería, Restauración.
• Nivel avanzado de español e inglés; se valorará un tercer idioma.
