The role
Job description
- Receptionist to cover a medium-term leave (approx. 1.5 months)
What you'll do
- You will perform guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, offer customer service, and provide tourist information. The essentials of any reception desk.
- You will perform daily billing control, so you must be organized and responsible.
- You will offer exceptional service at every guest encounter and handle situations relating to guest interaction, offering solutions that satisfy their needs.
- You will provide support to the breakfast and bar service when necessary.
How you'll work
- You will have rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with 2 consecutive days off per week.
