Reception Internship Eurostars Hotels (Barcelona)

Eurostars Hotel Company is looking to add a motivated intern to its reception team who wishes to develop their skills in a high-end hotel.

Internship duration: 3 to 6 months.

Location: Barcelona, Spain.

• Personalized guest service during check-in and check-out.

• Reservation management and telephone assistance.

• Assistance with arrival and departure documentation for guests.

• Support in resolving guest issues and needs.

• Support with administrative tasks and coordination with other hotel departments.

• Students of Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

• Advanced level of English (other languages will be valued).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Proactive, responsible attitude and willingness to learn.

• Availability to complete the internship under an agreement.

• Previous experience in reception or customer service will be valued (not required).

• Estudiantes de Turismo, Alojamientos Turísticos, o afines.

• Nivel alto de inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas).

• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de atención al cliente.

• Actitud proactiva, responsable y con ganas de aprender.

• Disponibilidad para realizar las prácticas con convenio.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en recepción o en atención al cliente (no imprescindible).
