As an Event Rooms Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and coordination of accommodation arrangements for groups, meetings, conferences, and events hosted at the hotel. As an Event Rooms Coordinator at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you are an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of accommodation arrangements for groups and events hosted at the hotel.
You will work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Revenue, Finance, Sales, and Events teams to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience.
The Event Rooms Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all accommodation-related aspects of assigned groups, ensuring room arrangements are managed accurately and efficiently in line with client expectations, contractual agreements, and Hyatt brand standards.
