Requirements

What we're looking for

Qualifications

  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

What you'll do

Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
  • Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
  • Monitoring pick-up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR - yes, you'll get familiar with all those acronyms.
  • Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.
  • Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to.
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.
  • Getting involved in forecast and budget processes - and understanding the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.
