What you'll do
Banquets and Events Area
- Prepare, set up, and dismantle function rooms, terraces, and spaces intended for events, meetings, and celebrations according to standards.
- Perform food and beverage service during banquets, weddings, corporate meetings, and special events.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure the correct development of events.
- Anticipate customer needs and resolve incidents in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain spaces clean, tidy, and prepared for daily operations.
Iberoteca Area
- Offer personalized service and specialized advice on cheeses, Iberian hams, cured meats, preserves, and other gourmet products.
- Recommend pairings with wines, beers, and other beverages to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform slicing and product presentations following established standards.
- Participate in tastings, gastronomic events, and promotional activities.
- Keep knowledge updated regarding local, national, and international products.
