What you'll do

Correctly wash, disinfect, and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keep washing areas, kitchens, cold rooms, and production areas clean and tidy according to established hygiene standards.
Adequately manage the collection, separation, and disposal of waste.
Collaborate in deep cleaning tasks of machinery, surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
Replenish clean material in different kitchen areas to ensure continuity of service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and hotel quality standards.
Maintain a proactive and collaborative attitude to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
