What you'll do

Assist in the recruitment process, including CV selection, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with managers.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Help maintain human resources records and databases.
Assist in the organization and coordination of training programs and employee engagement activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.
Assist with labor relations matters and help foster a positive work environment.
Support the team in various human resources projects and initiatives as needed.
