As a steward in the south of Gran Canaria, your main functions will be the following:

Ensure the cleaning, sanitization, and correct maintenance of all tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchenware using industrial machinery and manual washing.

Clean and disinfect kitchen work areas, countertops, stoves, and storage areas, rigorously following food safety protocols.

Remove and sort kitchen waste selectively, guaranteeing the emptying of containers and the maintenance of hygienic conditions in the space.

Collaborate in the reception, unpacking, and storage of goods and culinary raw materials in the corresponding cold rooms and pantries.

Support the kitchen team in basic utensil organization tasks to ensure the fluidity of service during peak working hours.
