What you'll do
Cleaning and sanitizing utensils, tableware, and kitchen equipment.
Washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and other utensils using an industrial dishwasher or manually when necessary.
Maintaining the cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and operational areas of the kitchen.
Applying the food hygiene and safety protocols established by the hotel.
Managing and correctly separating waste in accordance with current regulations.
Restocking and organizing clean materials to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Providing support with basic kitchen tasks when service needs require it.
Monitoring and communicating the need to replenish cleaning products and materials.
Complying with the quality, sustainability, safety, and hygiene standards established by the company.
Actively collaborating with the team to ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen and excellence in service.
Requirements
Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
Spanish language proficiency.
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is valued.
Experience in basic kitchen support tasks is valued.
Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and commitment to quality and service.
