As an animation manager at Acttiv, you will be at the head of our team of animators, so organizational work will be your day-to-day. But do not fear, you will not be alone: you will work alongside your area coordinator… And what will you do?

What you'll do

You will be in charge of:
• Implementing the daytime and nighttime activity program
• Organizing the animators' schedules (team of 9 animators)
• Reporting information about animation activities to Acttiv
• Following Acttiv's quality policy
• Staying on top of the needs of your team's animators
• Attending and receiving training provided by the company
• Participating in meetings with other animation managers in your area
• Supervising your team's time tracking
• Training and evaluating your team
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation

In addition to organizational tasks, you will also have time to join in activities and shows, and to practice languages, as you will interact with guests from all over the world.

How you'll work

Permanent seasonal contract of 40 hours per week,
