The role

Do you have experience in customer service, tourism, or rent a car and would you like to work in a dynamic environment? At Adecco, we are selecting a Reservations Agent / Check-in Agent to work in El Prat de Llobregat. You will be part of a new project, with a team and structure under construction, oriented towards offering an excellent customer experience from the first contact. Main functions:

What you'll do

Reception and customer service during vehicle pickup and return.

Explaining the rental process and resolving questions.

Joint vehicle inspection with the customer at delivery and return.

Recording any damage and managing charges when applicable.

Carrying out quality audits on vehicles.
