Customer Service and Cross-selling Agents (Basque or Galician)

· Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the banking sector).

· Exceptional communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

· Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.

· Basic knowledge of financial products and services.

· Sales experience valued.

A degree in areas related to finance or business is valued.

Online and selective training paid with €306.06 gross (if the training is passed favorably and the contract's probationary period is completed)

Basque or Galician language is mandatory

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

·Handle incoming calls from banking sector customers.

· Provide clear and concise information about financial products and services.

· Resolve incidents and inquiries effectively and professionally.

· Identify cross-selling opportunities by providing exceptional service.

· Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Working hours 38.5h/week. Mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

38.5 hours/week. Afternoons from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Shift schedule:

50% 38.5 hours/week. Morning from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)

50% 38.5 hours/week. Afternoon
