What we're looking for

If you possess experience in customer service and advisory roles in similar sectors, we are looking forward to meeting you!

Training and/or experience in areas such as decoration, technical architecture, interior design, or similar.

Previous experience in customer service and a clearly commercial profile.

Dynamic, positive person, with motivation and customer orientation.

B2 level of conversational English.

Residency near Fuengirola (for the position in this location).

Availability to work in retail store hours.

Nice to have

Experience in the furniture, interior design, or decoration sector is valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct hiring by a company in full growth within the custom furniture, interior design, and decoration sector.

Permanent contract from the start.

Competitive salary composed of fixed + variable, with a range of €20,000 - €22,000 SAE.

35-hour work week, from Monday to Saturday (with alternating Saturdays and morning shifts only).

Schedule: from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 20:30h.

The role

At Adecco Selección, we are looking to hire a Sales profile for a specialized store in custom furniture and interior design, located in Fuengirola.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for providing personalized attention and advice to customers in-store, guiding them toward custom furniture solutions adapted to their needs. They will participate in the entire process: data collection, design of proposals, project follow-up, and presentation to the client, always offering concrete alternatives adjusted to each inquiry.

This is a position where attention to detail is key to correctly conveying each project to the manufacturing team and the technical office, ensuring that the final result meets the client's expectations.
