Kitchen Assistant for Community Dining in Situations of Social Exclusion Risk

Job duties:

In this role, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that daily operations run efficiently and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assembling the meal carts with the prepared menus.
• Plating the menus at meal times.
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen facilities.
• Complying with food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Assisting in the preparation of basic foods, such as cutting, peeling, or washing ingredients.
• Restocking utensils and materials needed for service.
• Properly managing the waste generated during the shift.

- Belonging to one of the groups supported by the Adecco Foundation: holding a certificate of social exclusion issued by social services, holding a certificate of disability of at least 33%, being a certified victim of gender-based violence, being over 55 years old, being over 45 years old (with at least one year of unemployment), or being a single-parent or large family.

- Previous experience in community dining, preferably in elderly care centers, hospitals, or school cafeterias.

-Availability for immediate incorporation.

-Own vehicle to commute to the workplace.

- Residency in Villajoyosa or nearby towns.

- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

- Proactive attitude and commitment to cleanliness and order.

- Ability to follow instructions and comply with food safety regulations.

Funciones del puesto:

En este rol, colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo de cocina para garantizar que los procesos diarios se realicen de manera eficiente y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria. Entre las funciones se incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

• Montaje de los carros con los menús elaborados.
• Emplatado de los menús a las horas de las comidas.
• Limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones de cocina.
• Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria (APPCC).
• Apoyo en la preparación de alimentos básicos, como cortar, pelar o lavar ingredientes.
• Reposición de utensilios y materiales necesarios para el servicio.
• Gestión adecuada de los residuos generados durante el turno.

-Pertenecer a uno de los grupos de atención de Fundación Adecco: disponer de certificado de exclusión emitido por los servicios sociales, o disponer de certificado de discapacidad mínimo del 33% o ser víctima de violencia de género (acreditado), o ser mayor de 55 años, o ser mayor de 45 años (llevar mínimo un año en desempleo) o ser familia monoparental o numerosa.

-Experiencia previa en colectividades, preferentemente en centros de mayores, hospitales o comedores escolares.

-Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.

-Vehículo propio para desplazarte al lugar de trabajo.

-Residencia en Villajoyosa o en localidades cercanas.

-Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarte a un entorno dinámico.

-Actitud proactiva y compromiso con la limpieza y el orden.

-Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y cumplir con las normativas de seguridad alimentaria.

-Jornada laboral de 35 horas semanales.

-Horario de lunes a domingo con turnos rotativos de mañana o tarde, y 2 días de descanso seguidos y rotativos.

-Salario según convenio, con pagos puntuales y justos.

-Formación interna a cargo de la empresa para garantizar que puedas desempeñar tus funciones de manera óptima.
