Sales Representative (Bakery Sector)

Adecco Selección is looking to hire a Commercial for an important company specializing in the distribution of products for the bakery, pastry, and restaurant sectors.

The selected candidate will join a project with autonomy and will have the main objective of developing and boosting the company's commercial activity in the province of Zamora.

Among their main functions will be the acquisition of new clients, working primarily with bakeries, pastry shops, and restaurants.

They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding each client's needs, and offering the company's solutions and products that best fit them, while continuously monitoring commercial activity.

We are looking for a person with previous experience in commercial positions, with a clear customer and results orientation, initiative, and good communication and negotiation skills.

It will be highly valued to have experience and knowledge of the bakery, pastry, workshops, or professional restaurant sector, as well as having previously worked with this type of client.

We are looking for a self-reliant, organized, and dynamic profile, with the ability to manage their own agenda and develop business in the assigned area.

A position with a high degree of autonomy is offered, allowing the professional to organize their agenda and work schedule according to the needs of the activity and their clients.

Permanent contract with direct incorporation into the company.

The company will provide a company vehicle and all the necessary tools for the proper performance of the position.

Desde Adecco Selección buscamos incorporar un/a Comercial para una importante empresa especializada en la distribución de productos dirigidos al sector de la panadería, pastelería y restauración.

La persona seleccionada se incorporará a un proyecto con autonomía y tendrá como principal objetivo desarrollar y potenciar la actividad comercial de la compañía en la provincia de Zamora.

Entre sus principales funciones estará la captación de nuevos clientes, trabajando principalmente con panaderías, pastelerías y establecimientos de restauración.

Se encargará de detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, conocer las necesidades de cada cliente y ofrecer las soluciones y productos de la compañía que mejor se adapten a las mismas, realizando un seguimiento continuo de la actividad comercial.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales, con clara orientación al cliente y a resultados, iniciativa y buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

Será muy valorable aportar experiencia y conocimiento del sector de la panadería, pastelería, obradores o restauración profesional, así como haber trabajado previamente con este tipo de clientes.

Buscamos un perfil autónomo, organizado y dinámico, con capacidad para gestionar su propia agenda y desarrollar negocio en la zona asignada.

Se ofrece una posición con alto grado de autonomía, pudiendo el/la profesional organizar su agenda y horario de trabajo de acuerdo con las necesidades de la actividad y de sus clientes.

Contrato indefinido con incorporación directa en la empresa.

La empresa facilitará vehículo de empresa y todas las herramientas necesarias para el correcto desempeño de la posición.

Formación inicial y continua.
