The role

We need to recruit an HR Consultant to work for an important client in the VITORIA area, where you will provide services for the selection of profiles in the logistics sector.

What you'll do

- Your responsibility will be to guarantee service in the management of the workers provided, based on the established quality parameters and objectives.

-You will manage the recruitment processes for all the profiles our client needs, from sourcing and individual interviews to group dynamics and final selection.

-You will also handle the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure proper integration and team motivation.

-You will also carry out the collection of documentation so that the hiring process can be carried out

-You will build a close relationship with the client, liaising with the different managers in each department and area to understand their needs and forecast staffing requirements.

-You will be able to detect areas for improvement in services and procedures, with autonomy to implement initiatives.
