What we're looking for

To perform this role, the following is required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, with specialization in accounts payable accounting.

Solid knowledge of general and analytical accounting.

Previous experience working with economic forecasts, analysis by cost centers, and complex reconciliations.

Advanced Excel proficiency.

Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an organized and methodical manner.

Autonomy in task management, commitment, and responsibility.

Driving license B and own vehicle, due to the company's location.

Nice to have

Previous experience with ERP systems, especially Navision, will be positively valued.

Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00.

What you'll do

Responsibilities of the position include the comprehensive management of accounts payable accounting. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.

Among the main functions of the position are,

Manage the complete accounting of the accounts payable area
Register and record invoices, delivery notes, and accounting operations on a daily basis.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve issues related to accounts payable accounting.
Carry out accounting analyses by cost centers.
Support monthly and annual accounting closings.
Use ERP systems
Prepare accounting and financial reports that support the department's decision-making.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure fluidity and accuracy in financial processes.
