The role
Ensure the correct accounting treatment of operations related to suppliers, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information and compliance with established internal procedures.
What you'll do
- Verify, record, and validate supplier invoices.
- Monitor incidents related to invoices and payments.
- Attend to and resolve supplier inquiries and claims.
- Reconcile accounting accounts and provide support during accounting closings.
- Prepare and manage documentation required by public bodies.
- Issue, record, and manage invoices.
- Provide support in the management and filing of taxes.
- Review and control the assigned accounting and financial information.
- Update and maintain the department's databases and documentation.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and accounting processes.
