Tax Accounting Advisor

We are looking for a tax accounting profile with more than 5 years of experience.

• Be part of a leading firm in the city.

• Tax and accounting supervision of the accounts managed internally, once reviewed by the accounting team manager.
• Review and coordination of the periodic tax returns prepared by the team.
• Execution and review of accounting and tax closings.
• Preparation and review of Corporate Tax.
• Preparation and review of Personal Income Tax.
• Preparation of Annual Accounts.
• These functions will be performed both for companies whose accounting is managed from the firm and for clients who manage their accounting externally.
• Monitoring of a portfolio of external clients, acting as the regular contact person regarding tax and accounting matters. Carrying out periodic visits and meetings with clients to review their accounting, tax situation, closings, and advisory needs.
• Resolution of tax and accounting inquiries.
• Handling and responding to requests from the Tax Administration.
• Preparation of appeals and claims when appropriate.
• Preparation, review, and filing of the different tax, census, and informative returns that may be necessary at any given time.
• Tax advisory on operations and issues raised by clients.

Ideal candidate:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• Solid accounting training and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of business taxation.
• Experience in reviewing accounts, accounting and tax closings, Corporate Tax, and Annual Accounts.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Ability to manage and advise clients directly with autonomy.
• High level of Catalan and Spanish.
• Availability to travel occasionally within the national territory.
