About the role

At Adecco, we are selecting a Junior Demand & Supply Planner to join an important company in the Consumer/FMCG sector, which is in a phase of strong growth and professionalization of its operations.

What you'll do

  • Analyze sales and update demand forecasts.
  • Monitor available, in-transit, and committed stock.
  • Calculate coverage levels and identify risks of stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Plan purchasing needs based on forecast demand.
  • Track open orders and delivery lead times.
  • Prepare reports and KPIs for decision-making.
  • Participate in capacity and supply planning.
  • Detect issues, analyze root causes, and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Purchasing, and other key teams.

What are we looking for?

-University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.

-Between 1 and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Demand Planning, or analytical roles.

-Intermediate to advanced level of Excel or Google Sheets.

-Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a preference for working with data.

-Organized, proactive person with prioritization skills.

-Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
