The role

From Adecco we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join a food sector company in the Puerto Lumbreras area (Murcia), currently in a process of growth and professionalization.

The objective of this role will be to lead daily operations and help optimize internal processes.

What you'll do

Manage, coordinate and optimize warehouse operations, leading a team of between 15 and 20 people, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality and achievement of set targets.

Organization and supervision of warehouse activities.
Management and coordination of the team in charge (15-20 people).
Stock control, goods inbound and outbound.
Process improvement and optimization proposals.
Coordination with production and other departments.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Previous experience in warehouse and team management.
Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
