This opportunity is aimed at motivated people who want to improve their employability through practical training in a real work environment, with support throughout the entire learning process.

What will you learn?

• Basic production and manufacturing processes.
• Handling and preparation of materials.
• Packing, labeling, and conditioning of products.
• Organization and maintenance of the workstation.
• Quality standards, safety, and occupational risk prevention.
• Teamwork and professional habits typical of the industrial environment.

• Daily duration of between 4 and 6 hours.
• Coverage: civil liability insurance throughout the entire training period.
• Financial support: allowance in the form of meal expenses.
• Practical training in a real work environment.
• Support and monitoring provided by Fundación Adecco.

• Higher-level vocational training related to the industrial field, logistics, mechanics, production, or manufacturing.
• Interest in learning a trade in the industrial sector.
• Commitment and responsibility during the training period.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and motivation to acquire new professional skills.

Esta oportunidad está dirigida a personas motivadas que quieran mejorar su empleabilidad mediante una formación práctica en un entorno real de trabajo, acompañadas durante todo el proceso de aprendizaje.

¿Qué aprenderás?

• Procesos básicos de producción y fabricación.
• Manipulación y preparación de materiales.
• Empaquetado, etiquetado y acondicionamiento de productos.
• Organización y mantenimiento del puesto de trabajo.
• Normas de calidad, seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Trabajo en equipo y hábitos profesionales propios del entorno industrial.

• Duración diaria entre 4 y 6 horas al día.
• Cobertura: Seguro de responsabilidad civil durante toda la formación.
• Ayuda económica: compensación en concepto de dietas.
• Formación práctica en un entorno real de trabajo.
• Acompañamiento y seguimiento por parte de Fundación Adecco.

• Formación de Grado Superior relacionada con el ámbito industrial, logística, mecánico/a, producción o fabricación.
