Commercial Call Center Trainer (Italian Market)

• Previous experience in telephone sales of 3 to 6 years.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives in telephone B2C environments.
• Native or bilingual Italian (essential).
• Fluent Spanish at a professional level (essential) to regularly collaborate with internal teams located in Spain.
• Ability to interpret commercial KPIs, detect levers for improvement, and convert them into coaching and training actions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.
• Strong results orientation and organisational skills.

Ensure that the sales team has the necessary knowledge, tools, and skills to reach their objectives, raising the performance of the sales team through training, shadowing, and direct participation in the sales processes.

• Individual and continuous sales training for the assigned team: shadowing and practical accompaniment of the team, listening to calls together with each collaborator, correcting based on real situations, and working especially with lower-performing profiles.
• Special collaboration with the Coordination team for the training, monitoring, and control of the sales team.
• Direct participation in sales, follow-up of hot opportunities, pending CRM, and support for closing.
• Conduct coaching sessions, shadowing, and role plays to boost the development and performance of the team.
• Direct push for the team's sales, being involved in the sales processes and selling if necessary.
• Perform the commercial onboarding of the team.
