About the role

A leading industrial company located in Andorra is looking to add a Production Planner to its team to cover a long-term leave, with a direct contract with the company.

Under the supervision of the Logistics and Planning Manager, this person will be responsible for planning customer orders, coordinating production, materials, and timelines to ensure compliance with established deadlines.

What you'll do

Functions:

Planning of production for the Corrugating and Converting lines.

Coordination with Customer Service, Shipping, Production, and Logistics departments.

Monitoring and adjusting the daily production schedule.

Reviewing and resolving issues in management systems related to orders and production.

Preparing daily production statistics.

Managing and controlling raw material and corrugated board inventory.

Requesting supply needs from the Purchasing department.

Monitoring and supporting roll labeling and reviewing discrepancies in the system.

Analyzing workload to determine capacity and shift requirements.

Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Higher-level vocational training (Grado Superior).

Experience in production and/or planning environments.

Knowledge of management systems.

English level B2.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of SAP.

Availability to work on-site in Andorra, Teruel.
