• Training in Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Organization, Production Programming, Industrial Organization, Logistics, Production, or similar.

• Good command of Excel and ease in working with data.

• Interest in planning, production processes, and the supply chain.

• Enjoyment of technical environments and working close to the plant.

• Analytical, organized, methodical, and decisive profile.

• Ability to anticipate, establish priorities, and coordinate with different areas.

• Orientation toward continuous improvement and willingness to assume responsibilities progressively.

Production Planning Technician.

We are selecting a Production Planning Technician to join a leading industrial company in its sector, located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.

We are looking for a person with a technical mindset, analytical capacity, and an orientation toward continuous improvement, interested in developing their professional career within an industrial environment and assuming, in the medium term, new functions linked to the supply chain.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of the Planning area, being responsible for coordinating the times, loads, and work sequences of one of the plant's main manufacturing lines.

After an initial period of practical training to gain an in-depth knowledge of the production process, you will progressively assume the following functions:

• Prepare and adjust the daily and weekly planning of the assigned production line.

• Coordinate capacities, workloads, priorities, and manufacturing sequences.

• Analyze production data and indicators, identifying deviations and possible areas for improvement.

• Monitor manufacturing deadlines and anticipate possible incidents.

• Collaborate closely with the Planning manager and with the Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and other involved departments.

• Contribute to the optimization of workflows and the continuous improvement of processes.

• Keep the information necessary to facilitate decision-making within the area up to date.

The position is designed for a person who wants to initially consolidate themselves in production planning and evolve progressively within the Supply Chain area.
