Industrial Mechanic with Path to Maintenance Manager

Are you looking for a permanent contract as an Industrial Mechanic, with autonomy, a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and real short-term career progression toward Maintenance Manager in Castellbisbal?

We are looking for someone with a solid background in mechanics and hydraulics, resourceful and able to go beyond repairing a fault: analyzing what is happening, anticipating issues, and proposing improvements.

If you already have the experience and skill level to take on maintenance responsibility from the start, your direct incorporation as Maintenance Manager can also be considered.

• You will carry out the mechanical and hydraulic maintenance of the facility's installations and machinery.
• You will diagnose and resolve faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• You will analyze recurring faults, looking for their root cause and proposing solutions to prevent them from happening again.
• You will prioritize interventions based on their urgency and their impact on operations.
• You will coordinate maintenance work with Production, agreeing on suitable stops, spaces and times for interventions.
• You will carry out interventions in different areas of the facility, including the water treatment plant when necessary.
• You will take part in the continuous improvement of equipment and installations.
• You will manage and coordinate external suppliers when the intervention requires it.
• You will have autonomy to organize and resolve the maintenance needs of the facility.

Open and negotiable salary depending on experience and level of responsibility brought.

Real short-term career progression to Maintenance Manager.

If you already bring enough experience to take on that responsibility from the start, your direct fit as Maintenance Manager will also be considered.

Possibility of working overtime depending on needs and interventions.

Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch and 30 minutes for breakfast.

Experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance of machinery or installations.

Good knowledge of hydraulics.

Knowledge of electricity is required, with electromechanical profiles being especially valued.

Experience with water treatment plants or water treatment is a plus.

Descaling and reverse osmosis will be a bonus, but are not essential.

Ability to diagnose faults and, above all, analyze their cause and prevent them from recurring.

An autonomous, resourceful, organized person with initiative.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in coordination with Production.

A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to progressively take on greater responsibility.

Availability to work in an industrial environment and carry out interventions in different areas of the facility.

• Priorizarás las intervenciones en función de su urgencia y del impacto en la actividad.
• Coordinarás los trabajos de mantenimiento con Producción, acordando paradas, espacios y momentos adecuados para intervenir.
• Realizarás intervenciones en diferentes zonas de las instalaciones, incluida la depuradora cuando sea necesario.
• Participarás en la mejora continua de equipos e instalaciones.
• Gestionarás y coordinarás proveedores/as externos cuando la intervención lo requiera.
• Tendrás autonomía para organizar y resolver las necesidades de mantenimiento del centro.

Salario abierto y negociable según experiencia y nivel de responsabilidad aportado.

Proyección real a Responsable de Mantenimiento a corto plazo.

Si ya aportas experiencia suficiente para asumir esa responsabilidad desde el inicio, también se valorará tu encaje directamente como Responsable de Mantenimiento.

Posibilidad de realizar horas extraordinarias según las necesidades e intervenciones.

Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30h a 18:00h, con 1 hora para comer y 30 minutos de desayuno.

Experiencia en mecánico/a industrial y mantenimiento de maquinaria o instalaciones.

Buenos conocimientos de hidráulica.

Conocimientos de electricidad, valorándose especialmente perfiles electromecánicos/as.

Valorable experiencia con depuradoras o tratamiento de aguas.

Descalcificación y ósmosis inversa serán un plus, pero no son imprescindibles.

Capacidad para diagnosticar averías y, sobre todo, analizar su causa y evitar que se repitan.

Persona autónoma, resolutiva, organizada y con iniciativa.

Capacidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar coordinadamente con Producción.

Mentalidad de mejora continua y ganas de asumir progresivamente mayor responsabilidad.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno industrial y realizar intervenciones en diferentes zonas de las instalaciones.
