What we're looking for

Profile soughtWe are looking for an organized, decisive person with a vocation for service, capable of operating in an international environment and providing administrative and operational support to the export area. Proficiency in French will be a key factor for success in the position, complemented by a good level of English for the management of international clients and operations.

Vocational Training, Degree, or studies related to Foreign Trade, International Trade, Administration, or similar.

Very high level of French (essential), as it is the main market the company works with.

Good level of English for the regular performance of the position.

Administrative knowledge and proficiency with computer tools.

Nice to have

Previous experience in export or international trade environments will be valued.

Knowledge of SAP will be valuable, especially in view of the system implementation planned for 2027.

Training in labeling, packaging, and international trade regulations will be valued.

Experience in commercial environments will be valued.

The role

EXPORT ASSISTANT (FRENCH AND ENGLISH)Would you like to develop your professional career in an international environment and be part of a company with exporting activities? We are looking for an Export Assistant to provide administrative, documentary, and logistical support to the international commercial department of a company located in Murcia.

What you'll do

Main duties:

- Support in the preparation and follow-up of international offers, quotes, and orders.

- Customer service and follow-up with foreign clients.

- Management and resolution of incidents and claims.

- Preparation and control of export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and transport documentation.

- Coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents.

- Management of material logistics linked to international contracts.

- Updating of databases and filing of export documentation.

- Administrative support tasks for the Export department.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:45, with 30 minutes for lunch.

Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

Intensive working day during the months of July and August.
