Our client, a company with more than 50 years dedicated to the distribution of iron, aluminum, and accessories for carpentry and metal locksmithing, is looking to hire an enthusiastic and responsible person for an on-site position at their warehouse in Xàtiva.

What you'll do

Functions:

The selected candidate will assume a key role in the warehouse and will develop tasks such as,

Reception and verification of incoming goods, ensuring they match orders and specifications.

Classification and storage of materials, maintaining a logical and accessible order.

Preparation of orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling.

Carrying out periodic inventories.

Handling of basic warehouse tools and equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts. At Adecco, we believe in equal opportunities and we advocate for Talent Without Labels

Requirements

To succeed in this position, we are looking for a person with the following characteristics,

Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in warehouses related to the distribution of construction materials or carpentry.

Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with a schedule from Monday to Friday (6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, with Fridays always being from 6:00 to 14:00).

Residence in Xàtiva or nearby towns, with ease of commuting to the workplace.

Ability to work in a team, showing a proactive and collaborative attitude.

Skill to handle warehouse tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Valuable, but not essential, to have basic knowledge of materials such as iron and aluminum.
