Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Fixed salary + commissions.
Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday: from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM; or from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You will work 3 Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Mobility between branches in Barcelona is possible.

The role

Your main objective will be to ensure that the administrative and documentary process of each purchase and sale operation is managed quickly, accurately, and efficiently, accompanying the customer throughout the process.

Among your main functions will be:

Request, review, and validate the vehicle, customer, and appraisal documentation.
Prepare purchase and sale contracts and manage all the documentation necessary to formalize the operation.
Digitize, control, and archive documentation, ensuring that the information is always up-to-date.
Resolve and follow up on administrative incidents during the process.
Manage and track payments.
Coordinate the necessary logistical support for the removal of vehicles from the branch.

Requirements

Experience and/or knowledge in document management related to vehicle sales.
Organized, resolute person with attention to detail.
Class B driver's license. Having your own vehicle is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good handling of computer tools: email, Excel, cloud storage, and management tools.
Training in mechanics and/or previous experience in vehicle repair will be valued.
